Selected consultancy work

Ongoing independent work across infrastructure, networking, security, supplier issues, inherited environments, technology refresh and migration planning. The relationship combines practical intervention when needed with a longer-term view of how the technology environment should develop.
Emergency consultancy delivered as a clearly bounded engagement. Follow-up client correspondence recorded a positive experience, practical knowledge transfer and an intention to return for further advice or project work.
Senior technical escalation after a VMware and infrastructure environment had been moved and workloads did not recover correctly. The intervention focused first on restoring control and service, then on understanding the underlying environment and the options for future modernisation.
An internal IT manager sought independent senior involvement on a substantial infrastructure and network design programme for roughly 300 users. It is a useful example of Nakatomi complementing an internal technology team rather than replacing it.
