The situation

The organisation needed more than a cloud migration plan. It first needed a clear understanding of its technology estate, operating constraints, commercial position and team readiness before making a major infrastructure and datacentre change.

What changed and what was achieved.
The financial work identified approximately £2.7m of five-year savings and avoided an approximately £1.6m hardware refresh. The engagement continued for around 19 months, moving from discovery and strategy into execution and operational handover.
