The platform estate spanned two Rackspace datacentres, AWS and Azure across production, disaster recovery and multiple non-production environments. Historical reporting shows more than 500 active or listed compute instances at a point in time.

Contemporary reporting shows recurring infrastructure run-rate reducing from approximately $172k per month to approximately $100k per month, a reduction of around 42%, while the estate was simplified and modernised.
